Delivery

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier

Please note that we do not dispatch and deliver on bank holidays, Saturday and Sundays

Duck & Dry cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party

Passing of risk

Customer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the Order. Duck & Dry accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the Order from the delivery address specified

In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Duck & Dry bears no risk once it has left their trading premises

Refunds and Returns

If you are not happy with your service (blow dry, updo, cut or manicure or pedicure), we would advise you to let the staff know while you are on site as service cannot be refunded 

Duck & Dry products cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty

If an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, please contact us by phone or email. You can choose either to receive a replacement item or to receive a refund. A refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the faulty goods are returned together with their original packaging and receipt within 7 days

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order placed at duckanddry.com, please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: sales@duckanddry.com . Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it
